Problem sorted within minutes, engineer friendly and very helpful

Stuart was very friendly and communicated what he needed to do. Interacted in conversation as we all love dogs. Would definitely recommend.

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.
